At TFT BOXING CLUB, we strive to provide the best experience for our members. Please review our refund policy below:

Subscription Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for subscription-based services.
  • Customers are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the next billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

 

Cancelation of Subscriptions

 It is the customers responsible to cancel subscriptions before due date. If you have any questions on how to do so please reach out to admin. 

If you decide to cancel your membership at TFT Boxing Club, the following terms apply:

  1. Re-Enrollment

    • Re-enrollment will be subject to the current membership rates at the time of rejoining.

    • Membership availability is not guaranteed, as we maintain a waiting list for new and returning members.

  2. Waiting List

    • Upon cancellation, your spot will be released, and you may need to join the waiting list if you wish to return.

    • Reentry will depend on availability and the order of the waiting list.

  3. Final Note

    • We encourage you to carefully consider your decision before canceling your membership. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our staff for support.

    • If a membership is terminated by TFT Boxing Club due to misconduct, violations of club policies, safety concerns, or incidents that compromise the well-being of staff or members (including threats, violence, or harassment on or off premises), no refunds will be issued.

    • TFT Boxing Club reserves the right to revoke membership at its sole discretion in order to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
